This product is tailored to support Customers who have won Tenders and are required to provide a Performance Bond. At Consolidated Bank, we support our Customers with Performance Bonds at very competitive terms.
This product is designed to provide Guarantees to third parties on behalf of our Customers, assuring them that any funds advanced before the commencement of work will be utilized in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
These Guarantees are issued to secure payment obligations owed by our Customers to third parties, typically Suppliers, by providing assurance that payment will be made in the event of a default.
We also offer these forms of Guarantees; Retention Guarantees, Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit, Legal Bonds, Custom Bonds, Excise Bonds and Immigration Bonds.
When you get your paycheck, take a percentage -- between 10 percent and 30 percent -- and put that away. You'll be rich enough to be financially independent within a short period of time.
